We are recruiting motivated volunteers to join Kabod Group’s Kabod Young Professionals Program (IVP). These short, high-impact placements are ideal for final-year students or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in data visualisation while contributing to projects in language development, education technology, and localisation.

About Kabod Group
Kabod Group works at the intersection of language, education, and development. Our projects include research, localisation, capacity building, and digital initiatives that amplify language inclusion and improve community outcomes. IVP volunteers join real project teams, gain exposure to international development workflows, and receive mentorship from experienced practitioners.
Role summary:
Turn project data into clear, compelling visuals and dashboards that inform decision-making and storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Design charts, dashboards, infographics, and data-driven visuals for reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with M&E and program teams to visualise monitoring and evaluation results.
- Create reusable visual templates and assets for the organisation.
- Assist colleagues to interpret and present data insights clearly.
- Maintain an organised library of data visual assets.
Requirements
- Degree or final-year student in Data Science, Statistics, Design, M&E, or a related field.
- Practical experience with data-visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or advanced Excel).
- Strong sense of visual design and data storytelling
- Able to translate complex data into simple, audience-friendly visuals.
- Bilingual (English + French) is a plus.
- Remote placements are supported; in-person work is available at our East Legon office when feasible
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer are required for remote participants.
