In 2024, Kabod Group was engaged by Afrobarometer (AB) to help align its human capital with its ambitious 10-year strategic goals. The goal was to optimize the organization’s talent framework and ensure long-term leadership continuity through strategic succession planning.

Project Scope

Kabod Group conducted an in-depth organizational diagnostic to identify critical talent gaps and designed a comprehensive succession plan for AB’s leadership pipeline. The project included:
