Kabod Group served as the Organizational Development Consultant for the Localize Global Health Security (LGHS) project, led by Panagora Group and funded by USAID. Our role focused on localization, capacity strengthening, and organizational development to enhance health security initiatives in Cameroon and Senegal.

Key Deliverables:

• Conducted a landscape assessment through stakeholder meetings and site visits to government bodies, civil society organizations, community groups, and implementing partners involved in Risk Communication, Social Behavior Change, and Community Engagement.
• Provided strategic inputs to tailor a Grants-Under-Contract (GUC) program to local needs and actors, identifying enablers and barriers for the effective operation of local organizations.
• Supported the development of country-specific materials, including:
  • A detailed presentation summarizing preliminary findings from desk reviews.
  • Scope of Work (SOW) and draft visit schedules.
  • Adapted Request for Information (RFI) templates for local contexts.

Through this engagement, Kabod Group contributed to strengthening the capacity of local organizations and aligning health security initiatives with the unique needs of Cameroon and Senegal.
