With nearly two decades in investment management, Kojo has managed €10 billion in European real estate debt. He previously served as Director at Barings LLC, overseeing €3 billion AUM in real estate debt, handling origination, execution, and fund management. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President at Situs Asset Management, managing global AUM of $145 billion in real estate debt for top US and European investment banks. Kojo also held key roles at Hatfield Philips International, specializing in CMBS, CDOs, and investor relations. He holds a BSc in Geodetic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (Ghana) and an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland).
