CONSULTANCY ROLES
Below are priority profiles we are currently strengthening:
1. Business Development Specialists
→ Identify new markets, partnerships, and contract opportunities across development and humanitarian sectors.
→ Lead proposal design processes and position the organization competitively for large tenders.
2. Resource Mobilization & Fundraising Consultants
→ Develop fundraising strategies, donor engagement plans, and funding pipelines.
→ Support grant writing, concept notes, and donor reporting.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Consultants
→ Design MEL frameworks, logframes, theories of change, and results measurement systems.
→ Conduct evaluations, learning reviews, and impact assessments.
4. Development Researchers (especially on shift the power and decolonizing aid)
→Lead qualitative and quantitative research, policy analysis, and sector diagnostics.
→ Produce evidence-based reports to guide strategic decisions.
5. Advertising & Communications Specialists
→ Develop campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and branding assets.
→ Manage digital outreach, storytelling, and visibility campaigns.
6. Market Research Experts
→ Develop campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and branding assets.
→ Manage digital outreach, storytelling, and visibility campaigns.
7. Knowledge Management Consultants
→ Conduct KM assessments, design KM strategies, and develop governance frameworks
→ Implement knowledge retention systems, lessons learned processes, and institutional memory tools.

→ Conduct organizational capacity assessments and institutional strengthening processes.
→ Support governance reforms, leadership transitions, and change management initiatives.
10. Policy & Advocacy Consultant
→ Design and facilitate workshops, executive training, and leadership development programs.
→ Develop training curricula, toolkits, and learning resources for NGOs and public institutions.
11. Grant & Proposal Writers
→ Draft competitive technical and financial proposals for bilateral and multilateral donors.
→ Coordinate inputs from technical experts and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.

Advanced degrees and multilingual capacity are an advantage.
