Afrolingual is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and professional News Editor to oversee the research, writing, editing, and preparation of news content for its media platforms. The successful candidate will ensure that all news content is accurate, engaging, relevant, and aligned with the vision and objectives of Afrolingual.
The News Editor will work closely with reporters, presenters, content creators, and the production team to deliver high-quality news content to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant local, national, and international news stories.
• Write, review, and edit news articles, scripts, and reports before publication or broadcast.
• Verify facts, sources, names, dates, and information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
