Marthe Anémone LOKO BILLE MATIO has a PhD in Translation Studies and is Assistant Lecturer within the Department of Translation and Interpreting of the Faculty of Social Sciences and International Relations (FSSIR) at the Protestant University of Central Africa (PUCA), in Yaounde-Cameroon. Her PhD Thesis was on : “Sciences and Technologies knowledge Transfer in Duala through intersemiotique translation: case study of primary school in Wouri division.”

Paul Warambo is a leading translation expert in Kenya and East Africa with over a decade of experience. He holds a Master’s in Kiswahili Studies from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing a PhD. His expertise spans legal, medical, policy, IT, business, humanitarian, and literary translations for organizations including UNHCR, UNEP, World Vision, Save the Children, and the Pan African Parliament. As the first subtitler from his country, his work has been featured on major streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV. Currently, Dash is a Localization Specialist and Coordinator for Afrolinguals Magazine. He also works as a Project Manager, Interpreter, and Trainer, where he helps colleagues better understand the translation market.
