Challenge
In collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Kabod Group undertook the challenge of facilitating a series of webinars on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into existing Learning and Development (L&D) tools and systems. The primary objectives were to enhance the capacity of participants and deepen their understanding of leveraging AI to improve organizational effectiveness and impact.
Approach
Our approach centred around two fundamental questions: “What must we do to make the client understand?” and “How can participants apply the knowledge acquired to produce positive results?” These questions guided the structure of the training, emphasizing practical applications. Participants were actively engaged in using AI tools during the webinars, providing hands-on experience. Additionally, we enriched the learning experience with case studies and examples showcasing successful applications of AI tools in diverse contexts.
Impact
The webinars proved to be instrumental in empowering participants with knowledge about various AI tools and how to apply them in their daily work. Attendees gained valuable insights into the practical integration of AI, fostering a deeper understanding of its potential for enhancing organizational effectiveness.

In collaboration with the Vietnam Edtech Hub, Kabod Group proudly facilitated a transformative training session on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Learning and Development (L&D).
