A short introductory workshop introduces the concept of the Learning Culture, and the features that support and drive it.
Purpose
We will explain and demonstrate how culture impacts the free exchange of knowledge, the elements of that culture, and how these elements can be addressed and promoted.
Method
We will run practical exercises where teams learn together, as well as individual exercises to reveal potential barriers to learning. A facilitated discussion concludes the session, giving participants an opportunity to learn about their own and your organization’s performance.
